Please ensure you read terms of play below before attending, If you do not agree please cancel your booking. Anyone who who attends the session will be acknowledgement and agreement to the term below.
- Please pay on arrival with either cash or PayID to 0439938618
- If it's your first 3 games with Perth Social Soccer you can wear either a black, dark blue, red, white or red and white shirt. No black and white stripes, no maroon and no black and red stripes.
- After you've played 3 games, you'll be expected to bring 2 shirts, a red or white and a Black or dark blue.
- If you need a shirt, I can supply for $15 as pictured at the bottom but these need to be requested prior to the game so I can organise to bring.

Terms of Play & Participation Agreement:
- If you do not cancel your booking and do not attend or do not provide 4hrs notice to cancel your booking the full fee is still applicable.
- By participating in Perth Social Soccer sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with playing soccer, including but not limited to physical injury.
- Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in our soccer sessions. Perth Social Soccer, its organizers, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to engage in soccer activities. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.
- Perth Social Soccer Conduct: All players are expected to maintain respectful behaviour on and off the field. Aggressive or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the session without a refund.
- Equipment and Attire: Players must wear appropriate footwear and attire suitable for the playing surface. Bringing both light (red/white/orange) and dark (black/dark blue) shirts is required for team allocation. Shirts that are not allowed due to colour clashes: Black and white or black and red stripes. Dark maroon does not count as red as it clashes with darks
- Session Changes and Cancellations: Perth Social Soccer reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or insufficient player numbers.
- Media Release: By participating, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
- Amendments: These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued participation in sessions constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
- By participating in Perth Social Soccer sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with soccer activities, including but not limited to physical injury. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any claims against Perth Social Soccer, its organizers, and affiliates for any injury or loss resulting from negligence.
